3 Months Experience

I started my PHIT journey April 11th of this year and I couldn’t be happier with my results and experience. I was looking for a personal trainer to hold me accountable and someone with availability to do one-on-one training sessions. I attempted for years to get back to being fit on my own and could never successfully hold onto a routine and had trouble finding motivation. Being a Registered Nurse in an ICU has been physically daunting to my body. For the past few years I’ve been to physical therapy on & off for issues with my shoulders and knees. My main goal wasn't to necessarily lose weight but instead start on a journey of strength training. Since starting this journey not only has the pain in my shoulders and knees improved, I’ve become stronger, toned and gained a bigger boost in confidence- Melinda
